On November 16, the Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery at Huizhong Temple invited Master Hu Dahua to Taichung to conduct an educational workshop promoting his nail art. I was, of course, delighted to support such a wonderful initiative. On one hand, it helps promote Master Hu’s nail art; on the other, it ensures the art form’s continuity. I assisted with some coordination, and when Master Hu learned that the event was charitable in nature, he told me he would not charge a fee and would only require materials to be covered.
After calculating, I found that the costs matched the budget for materials provided by Huizhong Temple. However, my less-than-thorough consideration led to Master Hu covering his own high-speed rail fare and his assistant’s fees, leaving me feeling deeply apologetic. Since this kind of workshop is rarely encountered elsewhere, participants were all eager and excited to learn. Naturally, Master Hu did not disappoint. His engaging teaching and personalized guidance brought smiles to everyone’s faces as they worked joyfully to the rhythmic sounds of nails being hammered.
Since I entered the world of painting, I have discovered that nature is an ever-changing and miraculous painting. The people and things around me are full of colors, lines and compositions. I have seen colors I have never seen before, expressions I have not noticed, and sounds I have never heard. All these beautiful scenes will also be presented in my works through brushes and paints.
The mud of the pond is like money, beauty, fame and wealth in the world. The green frog symbolizes the pure lotus flower from the filth and pursue the pursuit of coexistence.

花蓮雲山水落羽松的美景宛如童話世界，湖畔的樹影映照在平靜的水面上，形 成一幅絕美的畫卷。這裡的景色充滿詩意，靜謐而優雅。樹梢上的微風輕拂， 落羽松的葉子紛飛而下，彷彿大自然在低聲吟唱，述說著它的故事。 The beauty of the Taxodium distichum at Yunshan Water in Hualien is like a scene from a fairy tale. The bald cypress trees’ reflections in the calm water create a stunning picture. The scenery here is poetic, serene, and elegant. A gentle breeze rustles the treetops, causing the leaves of the cypress trees to float down gracefully, as if nature itself is whispering its stories.

As you walk along the trails in the gorge, you can hear the gentle sound of streams and admire the waterfalls and emerald pools, each spot leaving you in awe. The beauty of Taroko Gorge allows you to experience the grandeur and infinite charm of nature.
This work should present the confusing painting style of the dream of the chrysanthemum holder, bringing out the chrysanthemum entering a fairyland with half-moon clouds in a dreamy dream, and the brilliantly blooming petals are like the yearning and pursuit of the ideal realm of life.
The butterfly in the painting is soft and small, but It symbolizes deep love. The spring flowers in full bloom have a short flowering period, but they symbolize ling-lasting love. Ancient people often used dreams to transform into butterflies to symbolize their pursuit and yearning for great love.
